Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Font And Form purchase. This policy explains how refunds work for fonts, graphic elements, brand identity kits and bundles. Effective date: 2026-10-23.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

For digital products, delivery means the date your files were made available for download.

Condition of the item

Items must be returned unused, with all accessories, manuals and the original packaging.

Returns shipping: paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns; paid by us for defective or incorrect items.

If your refund is approved for a digital product, the license for that product ends. You must delete the files and stop using them.

How to request

E-mail [email protected] with your order number and a short description of the issue. Examples include a file that won't install, a corrupted download, or a duplicate purchase.

How you are refunded

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show the refund.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.
