This policy explains how Font And Form delivers your order. Our fonts, graphic elements and brand identity kits are digital products, available for download immediately after purchase. The sections below also cover any order that includes an item that ships physically.

Digital delivery

Digital products are made available for download immediately after your payment is approved. Nothing is shipped, so no shipping charge applies to digital items.

If you cannot access your download, contact [email protected] with your order number.

Processing time

Orders with items that ship physically are processed within 2 business days.

Methods, costs and delivery times

We ship with standard and express carriers; the cost and estimated delivery time of each option are calculated at checkout from your address.

Free shipping on orders over $99.

Any shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates.

Tracking

For items that ship physically, you receive a tracking link by e-mail when the order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

Contact [email protected] within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will resend or refund.

For digital files that are corrupted or incomplete, contact us and we will help you get a working copy.
